Playback Troubleshooting

Follow these steps in order to resolve most playback issues.

Step 1

Refresh & Try Again

Most playback issues resolve with a simple page refresh. Press F5 or Ctrl+R (Cmd+R on Mac).

Step 2

Switch Servers

Our servers are independent mirror sources. If Server 1 is down, click Server 2, 3, etc. on the movie page.

Step 3

Check Your Connection

HD streaming requires at least 5 Mbps. Run a speed test at fast.com and ensure a stable connection.

Step 4

Try a Different Browser

We recommend Chrome or Firefox for the best experience. Safari may have issues with some iframe sources.

Step 5

Disable Ad Blockers

Some ad blockers interfere with streaming iframes. Try temporarily disabling your extension for this site.

Step 6

Report Broken Links

On any movie page, click the "Broken?" button to report an issue. Our team will prioritize finding a new source.
